What We Offer

Together with MORE, RICC Europe offers a complete chemical package for the steelmaking plant. Drawing on a team of melt-shop experts with deep process expertise in electric arc furnace (EAF) technologies, we are able to supply systems that meet both operational and metallurgical requirements for oxygen, carbon, lime and fuel injection. Beyond injection systems, we also offer automated manipulators installed around the furnace platform, designed to reduce manual intervention and enhance operational safety. MORE's ZERO MEN AROUND technological packages eliminate manned activities on the melting floor, with the aim of preventing accidents and keeping furnace operators safe. This equipment extends the automatic control of the EAF melting process to all operations from charging phase to tapping. The integration of the most frequent operations through automated specialized tools effectively minimizes power-off times, enhances reliability, and improves transformation costs.
